<p>Through many years of research and tests, doctors and researchers have been trying to discover the true cause of why and how fear creeps up on us when we are ready to engage in a public speaking engagement.  It is weird because it is not like there is some real fear such as losing your life in a fatal accident or dying from a disease.  No matter how many speeches one gives, the fear has a tendency to creep up every single time irrespective of the extremity of the anxiety or panic attack.  Doctors have come up with so many different theories to the origins of that fear.</p>
<p>When it comes to anxiety and fear, chemical imbalance is one cause that leaves human beings experiencing that fear.  Another cause is the genetic transfer from parents to children.  Both of these causes are valid and have been impacted people for many many years.  </p>
<p>There was a time when you experienced fear for the first time.  In that moment, you decided that is not a place you want to be again.  This is in fact the one consistent cause of anxiety that mainly all people experience and can relate to.  Regardless of it being a real danger in your face kind of moment, or even speaking in public, that fear can get the best of us.  </p>
<p>It is important to understand this next cause because it will give you access to gaining both power and discovering potential anxiety treatments for your public speaking.  When you are about to speak in public, it is not the fear of public speaking that stops you.  It is a little deeper than that.  It is actually the fear of that nervousness or anxiety coming up again that stops people.</p>
<p>It is not the actual experience of putting one&#8217;s self into a fearful environment that causes anxiety.  It is partially the memory of that fearful experience coming back again.  Overall it is ultimately the fear of that the actual nervousness or fear coming back which causes fear to occur.  </p>
<p>When you are about to do something that makes you nervous, it is the actual episode itself that makes you nervous or is it the fact you think you&#8217;ll get nervous again in that moment or mess it up.  For certain kinds of fear, it may actually be someone experiencing a panic attack because they have a knife pointed at them or they are standing on the edge of a cliff.  But you have to remember it is the perception that something is about to happen that causes fear to occur when it is the actual event itself or even fear that we think is about to occur.  </p>
<p>Our brains are so powerful, those episodes of fear become so real for us it creates that emotional imbalance of stomach butterflies that gets the best of us and robs us of our power and freedom to speak clearly and effectively in front of people.  Your ability to detach yourself from that initial experience of anxiety or fear can give you access to freeing yourself from your fear of public speaking.</p>
<p>People who deal with anxiety and the fear of public speaking have spent lots of money on medication, anxiety therapy, and even new methods in meditation.  They are all various avenues to eliminate fear for good, but they all have their pitfalls.  There are better means to get rid of that fear such as natural remedies that have impacted people all around the world including myself.  </p>
<p>So there was this one technique that if used properly will almost instantly get rid of the fear that is about to come up once you put yourself into a fearful experience. <p>Understanding the true causes of panic attacks and anxiety can make all the difference in the world for you to discover the anxiety treatment you are looking for.  These three causes include chemical imbalance in the body, societal and familial learning, and human response mechanism to something that happened in the past, and </p>
<p>Anxiety and panic attacks all have some type of origin, and chemical imbalance in human beings is a good place to look.  When that chemical imbalance is great in an individual, the nerves tend to be off whack and the body experiences many moments of stress, depression, and anxiety.  Anxiety therapy has been looked at as a potential cure for people who are desperate to fix their anxiety disorder.  The only challenge with that approach is it can cost you 1000&#8242;s of dollar in fees and it&#8217;s not always the permanent fix.  Plus it can take several months for the therapy to take effect.  </p>
<p>Many people don&#8217;t think about this one, but genetics and early learning is looked at as another major cause of anxiety and panic attacks.  Children grow up living with their families mimicking and mirrororing their emotions and actions.  If those actions and emotions are ones that encompass anxiety, there is a likelihood and easier probability that that child will take on those traits as well.  And until there is a break in the learning cycle of that child, the process will continue to be that way.  </p>
<p>Growing up in a family where fear and anxiety are constantly shown to children can teach them to be anxious and worrisome as well. In addition, if a child grows up in an abusive or disruptive/dysfunctional household, that child may grow up always expecting the worse to happen.</p>
<p>As discussed, that chemical imblance truly plays a role in the genetic transfer from a parent to a child.  The more imbalance there is with the body, the greater the likelihood that very same chemical imbalance will get passed on to that child.  </p>
<p>This other cause of fear and anxiety is the response mechanism to the expectation of something that may happen in the near future.  This is in fact the underlying and surface level cause that most people can relate to.  When a human being senses danger whether it is real or not, the body will prepare itself to fight, run, or brace itself for the experience it is about to endure.  These dangers can include a burglar, a robber with a gun, and all the way down to giving a speech, taking a test, or being in social settings.  Even though these bodily responses are a good thing given it keeps our senses up and aware, many times it causes human beings to not be powerful or courageous in the face of things that cause the anxiety and panic attacks.  These responses conjure up memories of when the human being was not powerful and experienced fear for the first time or when that panic attack came.  Overtime, it becomes an endless cycle of experiencing the panic attacks or anxiety when a similar situation comes about.  That cycle will continue to occur until something or breaks the pattern and those experiences don&#8217;t re-occur as fearful.</p>
<p>One&#8217;s chemical imbalance cannot just change overnight let alone overtime.  Not even anxiety medication can always have the impact people are looking for it to have.  In addition, it can be costly.  However, studies have shown the best way to eliminate anxiety and panic attacks is to re-teach the brain to not react to something as it being something to fear or experience anxiety over.  </p>
<p>There are repetitive exercises you can do and several doctors have come up with innovative techniques that have had lasting effects on millions of people experiencing panic attacks and anxiety.  It is not difficult to re-teach the brain if you have a plan to do so.  If you combine that with the repetition of actually placing yourself in the things you actually fear, you then have a powerful combination that will over a short period eliminate any fear and anxiety you may have.  I hope this has been helpful and of use to you.  I too suffered from panic attacks and anxiety until I found this amazing anxiety treatment.</p>
<p>I wanted to add in this random tip which is an oldie but a goodie and important technique.  It&#8217;s called deep breathing.  When that next anxiety or panic attack comes, remember to slow down and take deep breaths.  This will slow down your heart rate and get to think a little more clearly.</p>
<p>Knowing the causes of anxiety and panic attacks can give one the piece of mind they need to battle it powerfully.  Luckily there is a natural treatment out there that I used which changed my life. <p>I have tried several different treatments to deal with anxiety and panic attacks.  I thought these tips which I&#8217;ve used in the past would make somewhat of a difference for you.  I did find something that did in fact eliminate it, but I will share that with you later.  </p>
<p>&#8220;Stop attempting to Look Good/Or Look Bad&#8221; is one cause of people experience phobia and fear around people is social anxiety.  This is the one blocker that keeps people from naturally being comfortable and enjoying one another&#8217;s presence.  People tend to get naturally intimidated by people they don&#8217;t even know that gives off the impression of being intimidating, therefore creating social anxiety.  You&#8217;ll walk through life wanting to look great for your superior when you&#8217;ve been given the opportunity to speak in front of your colleagues about your company&#8217;s sales performance.  In the moment you figure out this is the cause, there is one thing left for you to do.  You have to remember that you are not putting yourself in a situation where you could get attacked.  The fear is just an emotion, not something that practically controls the real you.</p>
<p>An old great that has done wonders for people all around the world is deep breathing.  I know this is an obvious one but I&#8217;d be remisced if I didn&#8217;t add it to the list of techniques.  I know many people who dismiss this technique but I want to stress this one is so important because it is truly the precursor to you being able to put the other techniques into action.  Simply put, brethe in deep for 5 seconds and then out for 5 seconds.  Continue to repeat this for 1 -2 full minutes.  This will at least give you a pathway to effectively implementing the rest of these techniques and relax your mind.</p>
<p>The nexy tip is &#8220;Accept Your Fear And Anxiety As You &#8211; Embrace.&#8221;  When anxiety comes out of no where, it as well as stomach butterflies starts to multiply in your stomach and control your thoughts and emotions.  When your mind focuses on those emotions and feelings, that&#8217;s when the anxiety comes up and it then becomes self perpetuating.  Your mind comes up with the worst-case scenario and at that point it&#8217;s tough to recover.  What you can do is just accept it as part of your genetic makeup and notice that there is not a problem that will control you for the rest of your life.  </p>
<p>&#8220;Tomorrow is much less Important than Now&#8221; is another important key to maintaining anxiety and panic attacks.  Nervousness and Anxiety comes from something that you think will happen in the near future.   The more and more you think about it as the worst-case scenario, the more it becomes real for you.  The closer and closer you get to that experience of occurance the more nervous you get.  Now I get that all those feelings are valid, just remember it has not happened yet.  It&#8217;s all in your mind.  Live your life in the now, but still plan for the future.  Living your life in the now, will get you to relaxing your mind more and living life more freely.  </p>
<p>&#8220;The What If Syndrome&#8221; is a truly powerful tip to think about. This one ties into what we have been discussing all along.  All we have in our minds is what if X happens.  Your imagination can be a powerful thing and if you allow it to generate images of things that could possibly happen in a negative context, you are focusing on negative images that can deepen your anxiety and make it much worse.  When you feel your mind generating &#8216;worst case scenario&#8217; images, try to remind yourself that you are focusing on the future and not the now.  Also, remember that the worst-case scenario will not kill you.   If your mind says &#8220;what if the worst?,&#8221; force yourself to look for a &#8220;what if the best?&#8221; scenario in return.  That is another way to counter act those thoughts.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s also the Ultimate Anxiety Treatment Technique I think can truly put your mind into a different state.  This one method stopped my anxiety attacks that I had all of my life.  It&#8217;s one method that made all the difference in the world, but given this article was about the other techniques, I thought this would be useful.  </p>
<p>I must say, these tips have truly impacted the way I live my life.  They led me to this one product that eliminated it for good, but these tips techniques gave me the piece of mind to search for a real solution.
