For the subscription, you can paid it monthly, three-monthly, or every half year. The choice is yours. Better to adjust with your own budget and need. At first you can choose monthly subscription and then you can choose three or six monthly. But I believe you’ll enjoy playing WoW.
A series of servers operates World of Warcraft. The server location, or in WoW language known as “Realms”, is differ depending on where you are. The realms positioned globally and you just need to connect to whichever realms local to you. This will make your the game faster and more reliable. But don’t worry. World of Warcraft realms are very reliable and well maintained. Another reason why WoW is the leader in MMORPG.
Welcome to Azeroth.Yes, Azeroth is a fictional world which World of Warcraft events took place. With its own unique history, myths and creatures, Azeroth is a very interesting world. Created by the ancient gods, Azeroth is quite similar to our planet Earth. It has beautiful forests, mountains, oceans, cities, caverns, dungeons, and many other interesting structure. Great wars and conflict has happen in Azeroth, making it a great world to have your adventure.
The inhabitants of Azeroth is not what you would find here on Earth. In general, Azeroth has 3 great continents which is The Eastern Kingdom, Kalimdor and Northrend. Each great continent has their own unique inhabitant creatures and climate. Humans, dwarfs and gnomes inhabit the Eastern Kingdom. The inhabitants of Eastern Kingdom is known as The Alliance. While orcs, trolls and taurens inhabit Kalimdor. And they are known as The Horde. The third great continent, Northrend inhabited by the wicked Lich King and its underlings.
Blizzard Entertainment has build Azeroth as a vast world. It’s huge with so many area to explore and making the game more exciting since you always find some new places for an adventure. Although you need to explore a vast world, it’s easy, even for newbie, to understand the game. In World of Warcraft, you need to choose whether you’re going to play as the Alliance or the Horde. The Alliance is fast, agile but weak in physical strength. The Horde is powerful, physically strong but slow. Choose wisely the character that suits you. There’s no evil or good side here. You get to decide if you’re going to be an evil or good character.
World of Warcraft gave you the ability to create and design your own character. You can also customize their clothing, weapon, armor, etc. You have 9 different classes to choose for your character. Example, you can choose your character to be a hunter, mage, rogue, shaman or warrior. Each class have their own unique ability, strength and skills. Choose and use it wisely as it can be very helpful when you play the game. It seems rather bit confusing for newbie, choosing character and then choosing class, but I assure you, it’s not as hard as it sound.
The main focus when you play World of Warcraft is about exploring new places. All of the levels you need to go through has their own interesting territory for exploration. Along the way, you’ll find many items, which you can keep for your character or trade with other players. In Azeroth, gold is the main currency. You’ll need to collect gold as much as possible so you can upgrade your armor, weapons, buy precious items, etc. It will be no fun if there are no enemies to fight and kill. In your exploration, you’ll find monsters and savage creatures which you need to defeat in order to progress. And you can also fight another player and see how good you are mastering your character.
The control in World of Warcraft is easy to handle. The control system is sensible and makes good use of the keyboard and mouse. A newbie wouldn’t have much problem mastering the control. World of Warcraft also includes in-game camera which allow us to look around and have a full view of the environment.
